Kevin Li advises clients in complex cross-border disputes. His practice focuses on contractual and corporate disputes.

Prior to joining rothorn legal, Kevin was a legal trainee (Referendar) at the Higher Regional Court of Berlin with stages with the Special Litigation Unit at the World Bank Group in Washington DC and the German IP litigation department of an international law firm. His doctoral thesis dealt with extraterritorial jurisdiction in public international law.

Kevin has studied at LMU Munich, Renmin University of China and Universitat de Barcelona.

Kevin speaks German, English, and Mandarin.
