Karolina Mieszaniec advises clients in complex national and cross-border disputes. Her practice focuses on contractual and corporate disputes.

Prior to joining rothorn legal, Karolina Mieszaniec was a legal trainee (Rechtsreferendarin) at the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court in Hamburg with placements at rothorn legal, the Permanent Mission of the Federal Republic of Germany to the OSCE and the litigation department of an international law firm.

Karolina Mieszaniec studied at the Leibniz University Hannover and Stockholm University. She has a Master of Laws in International Commercial Arbitration Law (LL.M.) from Stockholm University.

Karolina Mieszaniec speaks German, English and Polish. She reads Spanish.
