Felix Moser-Böhm represents clients in complex cross-border disputes and practices primarily in the areas of international commercial and investment arbitration. Felix has advised clients across a wide range of industries, including companies in the telecommunications, media, financial services, distribution, and infrastructure sectors.
Prior to joining rothorn, Felix practiced international arbitration with Sidley Austin LLP in Geneva and was a litigation associate at Norton Rose Fulbright Canada LLP in Toronto. There, he gained advocacy and courtroom experience across a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including contractual, shareholder, class action, post-M&A, and corporate governance disputes. Felix has also completed in-house placements with the Royal Bank of Canada in Luxembourg and Toronto.
Felix holds an LL.M. in international law from the Geneva Graduate Institute, a JD from Queen’s University, and a BA (Honours) in philosophy and international relations from the University of Toronto.
Felix was called to the Ontario Bar in 2019. He speaks English and German.
Experience (Excerpt)
- Representing a Middle Eastern distributor in a Delhi-seated arbitration against an Indian supplier in claims arising out of FMCG agreements.
- Representing a Qatari sports and entertainment broadcaster in an investment arbitration claiming more than USD $1 billion against the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Representing a leading Canadian telecommunications company as the defendant in a national class action involving alleged breaches of consumer protection legislation.
