Tim Isler advises and represents clients in complex and cross-border disputes including international arbitrations, before Swiss courts, and in pre-trial negotiations. He has a special focus on contract and commercial law, and construction and sports disputes.

Prior to joining rothorn legal, Tim Isler was a legal intern at Courts in Basel (Court of Appeal Basel-Stadt and Criminal Court Basel-Stadt) and at Schellenberg Wittmer in Zurich.

Tim Isler has studied at the University of Basel as well as at the University Paris X Nanterre.

Tim Isler is qualified to practice in Switzerland. He is fluent in German, English, French and Spanish.
