Hardik is a dual-qualified lawyer, with experience in complex cross-border disputes across a range of legal systems and sectors. In particular, Hardik advises on arbitrations under the ICC, LCIA, UNCITRAL and SIAC rules. He has experience in construction, shareholder, and joint-venture disputes. In addition, he has experience as an administrative secretary to arbitral tribunals under various institutional rules.
Prior to joining rothorn legal, Hardik has worked as a dispute resolution associate with law firms in India. In this role, he advised on commercial disputes arising out of company law disputes and insolvency law. He also provided advice on court proceedings relating to arbitrations. He holds an LL.M. in international dispute resolution from the MIDS (Geneva, Switzerland) and is a Solicitor in England & Wales and an Advocate in India.

- Representing an investor in a shareholders’ dispute in arbitral and related court proceedings.
- Representing a leading Indian construction company in ad-hoc arbitrations and related litigations arising out of the FIDIC Silver Book Contract and the FIDIC Red Book Contract.
- Representing a US-based private equity fund during the enforcement of a domestic emergency award.
- Acting as Administrative Secretary to the Tribunal in proceedings under the LCIA Rules and the ICC Rules.
