Antonia Füller advises and represents clients in complex national and cross-border disputes before German courts and international arbitration tribunals as well as in out-of-court negotiations.

She has extensive experience in the field of banking and capital markets law. In addition, she specializes in matters of private international and civil procedure law and has deep expertise in the area of foreclosure and enforcement proceedings.

Before joining rothorn legal, Antonia Füller worked for three years in the Dispute Resolution department at PwC Legal in Berlin. There, she focused on advising and representing national and international clients from the financial sector both in court proceedings and in the area of general terms and conditions and contract drafting.

Her working languages are German and English, she reads French.

  • Advising an investor with respect to the cross-border enforcement of a DIS arbitration award against a Romanian renewable energy company
  • Representing and advising a global manufacturer of wind turbines in various court proceedings regarding possible warranty and guarantee claims
  • Representation of a foreign investment fund in the granting and securing of real estate loans as well as representation in the assertion of possible claims in foreclosure and insolvency proceedings
  • Representation of several credit institutions in model determination proceedings
  • Advising various credit institutions on issues relating to the drafting of general terms and conditions and contracts, as well as on legal risk assessment in the context of annual audits and the formation of provisions
  • Representation of the insolvency administrator of a German company in the assertion of claims for restitution under loan law
  • Advice in the context of a due diligence in the area of building society contracts
