Join our team as a Foreign Disputes Attorney

For our office in Zurich, we are looking for a Foreign Disputes Attorney to start as soon as possible or by arrangement. This is an on-site and full-time role. You can expect a highly motivated team that will help you to realize your full potential and develop both personally and professionally.

What you contribute:

Law degree in a common-law background
LL.M. in dispute resolution from a Swiss University
At least 4 years of experience in handling commercial disputes in a common law jurisdiction
Experience in Joint Venture, M&A, Shareholder, Construction and Cross-border insolvency disputes
Experience as Arbitral Tribunal Secretary and knowledge of ICC, LCIA, SIAC and UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules
Qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales
A demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English, in writing and verbally
Publication on arbitration related issues in reputed journals
Hands-on mentality
High level of commitment and willingness to learn
Excellent organizational skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Team spirit
